Shipping Policies
Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume. This timeframe is not guaranteed.
Shipping times are not guaranteed, regardless of the shipping method selected. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal postal holidays.
Shipping:
Once packages are transferred to the carrier, ownership passes to the buyer. Feel Mellow is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not liable for carrier-related errors or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Shipping is a separate service you purchase from the carrier alongside your order from us. Therefore, any shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for added protection.
PLEASE READ:
If your tracking status says “Acceptance Pending” or “Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item,” it means your package has been dropped off and accepted but hasn’t been updated in the USPS system yet. This is normal and doesn’t indicate a problem.
Our 15-day policy states that if the package tracking still reads “Acceptance Pending” or similar after 15 days, we will assess the situation and determine whether to send a replacement.
If your package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They may be able to provide more information or locate your package.
Feel Mellow cannot verify delivery beyond what the carrier provides and is not responsible for stolen packages.

Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.
