Refund Policy:

All sales are final due to the nature of the products offered. Refunds will not be issued. Feel Mellow does not offer refunds for orders in transit, even if delayed.

Defective Products Policy:

We work with reputable, high-quality brands, and defective units are rare. Often, issues stem from clogs or user handling.

If you receive a potentially defective product, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

If determined to be a manufacturer hardware defect, the unit must be returned to us for a refund or replacement. Upon receipt and inspection, if we verify it as defective, we will proceed with a refund or send a replacement (if available). If it is not found to be defective, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are typically processed within 24–72 hours of receiving the returned item, but actual return-to-payment-method time varies depending on your bank.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you include a receipt showing return shipping cost, we will include products in your replacement order to help offset this, within reason.

Feel Mellow is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for any item over $75.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible.

Melted Edibles Policy:

Feel Mellow is not responsible for melted edibles (e.g., gummies, chocolates). We strive to note heat-sensitive products with this statement on their product page:

Please Note That This Product Is Non-Heat Resistant

If edibles arrive melted into a blob, place them in the freezer for up to 1 hour. Then, cut into equal pieces. Use a gram scale for precise dosing.

Again, we do not replace or refund melted items.
